One
month.
One line that doesn't flatter you.
A printable habit tracker for one month of brutal honesty. Ten habits, three keystones, one line graph. Print it, pouch it, mark it with a wet-erase marker, wipe it clean, run it again.
The line you assumed. The line you drew.
A grid says what happened. The line says where you're heading. One point a day, 0 to 10, joined day to day — against the straight line you assumed you'd hold.
“One missed day is weather. Two in a row is a decision.”
Ten habits aren't equal.
The keystones
Three of the ten are tiered as keystones — the ones that, if you only did those, the week wasn't wasted.
The line
One point a day, 0 to 10, joined day to day. A grid says what happened; the line says where you're heading.
The identity line
"I am the kind of person who ___" at the top, and "what I refuse to become" at the bottom.
The object
Print it, sleeve it in a glossy laminate pouch, mark it with a wet-erase marker, wipe it clean at month's end.
Choosing your ten.
Derive from identity
A person who is ___ does this because ___, or it doesn't make the list.
Track what you control
Actions, not results. Would your behaviour alone give you away?
Start with six
Pick the three keystones that are actually hard. Ten is the ceiling, not the target.
Honest answers.
What marker should I use?
Not a dry-erase whiteboard marker: those rub off the moment your hand touches them, confirmed by physical test. Use a wet-erase or liquid chalk marker. Staedtler Lumocolor non-permanent works well.
How do I mount it?
Print it, slide it into a glossy pocket or laminate pouch — matte or anti-glare pockets don't hold the ink — then tape or clip it to a wall at eye level. Wipe clean with a damp cloth at month's end and reuse it.
Refunds?
It's a digital file, so it can't be taken back — but email us and we'll refund you. No argument.
One month is the trial. The Mirror is the confrontation.
A twelve-week identity notebook: twelve questions you answer once and seal into an envelope bound into the cover, an anti-vision written in forced detail, ten habits, a weekly correction line — and a reckoning on day eighty-four, when the envelope opens and you read who you were on day one. This tracker has none of that. That's honest. It's the difference between a month and a season.
