Not a
planner.
A confrontation.
A twelve-week identity notebook. Twelve questions you answer once and seal into an envelope bound into the cover. Ten daily habits. One correction line a week. And on day eighty-four, the Reckoning — you open the envelope and read who you were on day one.
Most are optimistic.
Forgettable.
Not this one.
Every planner in the category sells productivity — neutral, forward-looking, the sixty-page kind you filled in for nine days. This one asks a different question: you don't have a discipline problem, you have a self-trust problem — and eighty-four days is how long the evidence takes.
It never tells you that you have failed. It shows you your own marks and asks questions. Every verdict in it is yours.
Nothing in it is accidental.
The sealed envelope
Bound into the cover. Your day-one answers go inside, sealed. It opens once — on day eighty-four, beside the same twelve questions answered again.

Three tokens
Physical, spendable, finite. You will miss days; that is planned for. One missed day is weather. Two in a row is a decision.

The correction line
One line a week: what I changed, did it work, what I change next. Recording without correcting is a diary.

The exit page
If you're going to stop, stop here — in writing, on a date. Almost nobody decides to quit. They drift. This page interrupts the drift.

Not a lack of desire. A loss of trust in your own follow-through.
Your day belongs to someone else
Employed, functioning, exhausted by obligation. The evening is the residue of another person's schedule. This is one part of the day that is yours.
You can already picture who you mean to be
You consume discipline content constantly and convert almost none of it. The gap between the imagined self and the current one is the material this book works with.
You always end up back in the last week
Every term, the same cram. Eighty-four days maps almost exactly onto a semester block. Say so, then start it.
What "first run" means, in order.
You reserve a copy — €29
The run is capped at 100. That is the real number, not a countdown. Reservations pay for the print run; the interactive edition alone is €17.
Tonight, the complete edition opens
From your receipt, on your phone. Day one starts when you open it.
The samples arrive
Cased or coil, cream or black — the sample decides the binding. The mechanisms survive either way.
The printer commits a date
You get one email. Until then, no date is promised anywhere.
Your copy ships
A second email. Refund anytime before this step, no questions.
Honest answers.
Why sell it before it's printed?
So the run can be sized honestly. A hundred reservations tells the printer what to make; inventing a number would be guessing with your money. That's also why the complete interactive edition is included — you shouldn't wait for a parcel to start.
Which binding will I get?
Whichever survives the sample — we're testing cased and coil. Two colourways, chosen before shipping. On the coil edition the seal becomes a sticker sheet and the tokens a punch-out card; the ritual is the same.
What's the difference between the free and the complete edition?
The free edition is the whole of day one — the twelve questions, the seal, the anti-vision, the stake, the ten — and the first two weeks of marks. The complete edition continues through week twelve, adds season two, and comes with your printed copy. The seal opens on day 84 in both, and the Reckoning is yours either way; your answers are never held back.
Can I get just the interactive edition?
Yes — the complete interactive edition on its own is €17, nothing to ship. The €29 reservation includes it and a printed copy from the first run.
Does 84 days build a habit?
Honestly: the research median is 66 days, with a range of 18–254 (Lally et al., 2010). Eighty-four clears the median — and what you'll actually have at the end is your own evidence, in your own handwriting.
What if I stop halfway?
The book has a page for that — the exit page. Stopping on purpose, in writing, on a date, is a decision. Drift is what the book exists to interrupt.
Should I buy this?
If you've bought four planners this year, don't buy this one. The search for the perfect system can be its own way of not starting — and this book says that to your face on page one.
